Mike Myers Lists Modern Penthouse Overlooking NYC’s High Line for $20M

Mike Myers is selling his NYC penthouse for much more than “one million dollars.” That’s right, the Austin Powers star is looking for $20 million for his luxury condo along the High Line, according to Mansion Global.

The household name, who is the voice of Shrek and the mind behind the trilogy of Austin Powers films, is no stranger to the Manhattan real estate scene. Over the years, he has been linked to a duplex in SoHo,condo in Tribeca, and this penthouse in Chelsea. The 5,728-square-foot unit boasts four bedrooms, with the option to turn the study into a fifth bedroom. Plus, there are four full bathrooms and one half-bath. Putting an emphasis on wellness and moments of pampering, the primary bedroom features a wet room, sauna, and ample walk-in closets.

Large windows bring the sights of the city in, but there are two generous terraces when fresh air is needed. The first of which is West-facing and spans 900 square feet with views of the High Line. The second terrace is off the study and captures views of Hudson Yards and Midtown.

Accessible via not one, but two, key-locked elevators, the unit is located in a luxurious building designed by Thomas Juul Hansen, with a fitness center, concierge, and other amenities.

Leonard Steinberg of Compass holds the celebrity listing.
