Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher's new oceanfront retreat in Carpinteria, CA.Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are no strangers to the sleepy beach town of Carpinteria, CA. The couple and their two children have been spotted vacationing there several times and they have now decided to pick up a permanent retreat. In an all-cash deal, Kutcher and Kunis paid $10.1M for an oceanfront compound in Carpinteria’s most desirable neighborhood that offers private beach access, a 4-bedroom main house and an additional 2-bedroom guesthouse.

The family’s new getaway offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with beamed cathedral ceilings and white oak flooring. The main house features a recently renovated open concept kitchen that has ocean views and access to the patio and a master bedroom with a private ocean-facing patio. A separate guesthouse offers a full kitchen, living room, bunkroom and master bedroom as well as a patio.
