Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber Have Found New $5.4M Hamptons Digs for Their Family of Four
After listing their Amagansett Lanes home for just under $6M with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Rylan Jacka in December, Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber have found new Hamptons digs for their family of four. 6sqft reports that the couple has purchased a $5.4M Montauk gem with expansive ocean views located just steps from the beach. Chris Coleman of Saunders and Rich Dec of Corcoran represented the listing.
While they might be downsizing from over 6,000 square feet to 3,500, Watts and Schreiber will not be wanting for space in this breezy beach house. The upper level’s spacious open floor plan has windows and French doors galore that let in plenty of sunlight and ocean air and access a deck overlooking the water. The main level features three bedrooms including the tranquil master suite, which has a private patio, and there is an additional en-suite bedroom on the lower level. The lower level also includes a recreation room, which the couple’s two children will love.
Not to be overshadowed by the gorgeous interiors, the outdoor living space is spectacular in its own right. If a heated gunite pool, pool house, outdoor shower and manicured lawn aren’t enough, the property borders a 100-acre nature preserve and has direct ocean access.
