NBA Star Ben McLemore’s Chic Los Angeles Home Hits the Market

After signing with the Houston Rockets this past July, NBA star Ben McLemore has listed his Los Angeles home for $2.799 million. The shooting guard, previously a Sacramento King, has no love lost for the property, saying, “As hard as it is to say goodbye to this house, I’m simply not spending enough time in Los Angeles since my move to Houston.” Understandably, a spread as stunning as this is hard to leave behind.

Built in 2018 and with an address in the tranquil Tarzana neighborhood, the five-bedroom home has 5,068-square-feet of sumptuous living space. Imbued with East Coast elegance, the interiors are all oak floors and white paneled walls. An open floorplan downstairs, with coffered ceilings in the living room and an oversized island in the kitchen, creates an airy spaciousness, while glitzy spaces like a glass wine cellar and movie theater make this an entertainer’s dream.

Perched on the top floor, the master suite holds two walk-in closets, a private outdoor deck, and a bathroom of white marble and brass. On the main level, outdoor living also shines as floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to an oasis of a backyard, complete with an outdoor fireplace, pool, and sports court.

Sam Plouchart of The Agency has the slam-dunk listing.
