New Boutique Luxury Building in Chelsea Launches Sales of Sleek Condos

New York buyers who want to live in the newest, shiniest building are in luck because Chelsea’s latest luxury development is almost complete. Sitting above a historic church at 124 West 16th Street, the boutique luxury building offers a prime location between Union Square and the High Line. With sales launching today, buyers have their pick of 15 stunning condominiums starting at $3.8 million.

With a striking Bluestone façade that changes throughout the day depending on lighting, this sleek structure has a design that immediately draws you in. The developer, Grid Group, worked with David Howell of DHD Architecture & Interior Design to give it a unique look inside and out. Custom details are everywhere, including 9 x 5-foot marble kitchen islands that needed to be craned in as they were too large for the elevator. Seriously, not a single luxury was spared here.

To inspire potential buyers and show how the spaces can be adorned, ASH NYC decorated the three-bedroom model residence. It lets natural light and city views be the star, boasting neutral and elegant interiors that feel completely calming.

The residences range from three to five bedrooms, but all offer private outdoor space. Oversized industrial windows are an ode to the area’s factory roots and give each condo plenty of character.

Nicole Hechter and Masayo Hashimoto of The Corcoran Group will be handling the sales of this boutique luxury building in Chelsea.
