Soon someone new will call home the sprawling 2,450-square-foot loft that exudes industrial-chic charm with its soaring timber-beamed ceilings and exposed brick. Per the listing, it has been recently renovated to feature an open kitchen with Calacatta Gold Marble counters, custom cabinetry and a breakfast bar. The new owners will also get the unique distinction of being Taylor Swift’s neighbors since the pop star owns side-by-side duplexes in the same building.
