After selling his $2.3 million Boston penthouse shortly after announcing his retirement from New England Patriots’ tight-end position, Gronk has gifted himself with 3,776 square feet of Floridian property.

, Gronk will have stunning views of ocean views with its floor-to-ceiling windows and 74 square feet terrace. The condo includes five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and three allotted parking spots for the NFL star. A pool, spa, gym, and restaurant are included in the building’s amenities.
