The following must be included with your entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified:

300 word description of residential project, including scope, general idea of cost and the specific name and location of the project

List of professionals involved in project

Signed/written consent by homeowner for publication (get a PDF of the homeowner consent form)

Labeled, hi-res photographs of completed projects (these do not need to be professional photographs, but images need to be
300dpi)
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only residential projects may be submitted
-
One submission PER category
-
All entries must be labeled by specific name and location of the project
Each project must be submitted separately

Projects cannot have been previously published
-
Incomplete entries will be disqualified
-
Only New York-based projects will be considered excluding Hamptons-based projects; all other projects will be disqualified
-
Winners must agree not to enter their winning project in another design contest for one year
