Olympian Lindsey Vonn and NHL’s P.K. Subban Part Ways with Beverly Hills Home

Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and NHL hockey star P.K. Subban just sold this home in Beverly Hills. The sale comes months after the sporty duo announced their split, but now it seems they have a nice sum to share. Originally listed for $7.175 million, it sold for $6.9 million, according to the LA Times.

Resembling an Italian villa in its style, the hilltop abode they parted ways with has a classic sophistication to it. Stately columns create a grand first impression at the entrance and continue into the foyer. While this may make the design seem traditional at first glance, the home serves up many modern twists. Especially in the kitchen, where clean lines reign and double islands are ready for glamorous yet practical entertaining.

Sunny indoor/outdoor living is also effortless, which must have been a warm welcome when Subban was returning here from the rink or Vonn from the slopes. Huge glass doors lead out to the backyard from most of the spaces, including the gracious living room, the kitchen, and the main bedroom suite. Once outside, enjoy canyon views from the patio, cook in the outdoor kitchen, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the pool or spa. With all these amenities and a multipurpose massage/spa/gym room, it may feel like being on vacation all the time at this home.

Bob Hurwitz of Hurwitz James Company held the listing.
