Pop Queen Katy Perry Lists One of Her Two Hollywood Hills Homes For $9.45M

"Swish Swish" singer Katy Perry is currently looking for a buyer for one of two homes she owns in Hollywood Hills. After the multi-residence complex failed to sell as a combo, she officially listed the larger of the two homes for $9.45 million.

Variety reports that Perry's Mediterranean-style house is nearly 7,500 square-feet and has four bedrooms. It includes amenities like a security guardhouse, a detached fitness building and a swimming pool surrounded by Italian stone.

Inside, the house has spacious living areas and a master suite designed with a pop queen in mind. The master exudes luxury, taking up the entire second floor and boasting a stunning Roman-style bathroom.

Perry purchased this house and the modern one next door from heiress Aileen Getty back in 2013 for $11.2 million. Now, whomever buys her posh mansion will be next-door neighbors with the “California Girl.”

The pop sensation has been involved in many real estate endeavors this year, and it seems that Taylor Swift is not the only person she's been feuding with publically. For the past two years, Perry has been tied up in an odd court case with an order of nuns over a Los Feliz convent. The court rules in favor of the famous singer this past March, clearing the way for Perry to purchase the peaceful sanctuary.
