Power Couple Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Are Rocking the Real Estate Game

You could say that the welcoming of their new baby overshadowed the news that Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo merely broke even on the sale of their Holmby Hills mansion for $18 million. But recent reports prove that when you’ve got “Moves like Jagger,” good things will be forthcoming. The model and singer pair were happier to see a quick sale rather than a profit on their last property and were in no way disheartened in the real estate game. The results look a lot different now as they unload a second property. This time, it's their modern Beverly Hills residence that was last listed for $15.9 million and has officially sold for an undisclosed amount.
The couple didn’t have to ‘Wait’ long for an offer, although Levine did try to sell the fashionable home in 2016 for $17.5 million without any luck. But if the last seen asking price is any indication, the couple may have finally recouped some investment.
The Voice coach purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property in 2012 for $4.38 million and soon initiated extensive renovations to create the Mad Men-esque dream pictured above and below. Walls of glass, vaulted ceilings, and expansive outdoor spaces are just a few of the estate’s shining features.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency had the exclusive listing, which is no longer live online. Mansion Global was the first to report the sale.
