After putting her Southampton home on the market in August of 2017 for $4.9 million, then taking it off after no bites, Food Network chef Rachael Ray is trying to sell it again for a just pinch lower at $4.669 million.

Even with the slight price reduction, the TV chef is poised to make a sweet profit considering she picked up the three-bedroom abode for $2.6 million back in 2008. Initially purchased to be a weekend retreat from chaotic New York City, where she and her husband make their primary residence, the house has taken a back seat to their property in the Adirondacks where they spend more of their time.

Now that the price is inching further away from $5 million, maybe now buyers will be more enticed by the home’s chef-worthy gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, and stylish pool area with a pool house perfect for entertaining.

Interiors are neutral and chic with furnishings from the Rachael Ray Home collection. According to the Observer, the celebrity seller is willing to sell the entire contents of the home should a buyer be interested, an offer that could make this a recipe for a quick sale. Since being a wonderful chef and a gracious host go hand-in-hand, it’s no surprise that Ray is also willing to “accommodate for a Memorial Day move-in,” per the listing with Angela Boyer-Stump of Sotheby’s International Realty.

With summer just around the corner and the potential to keep all the luxe furnishings, this move-in ready residence is a mouth-watering deal.
