Rachael Ray Lists Her Southampton Home for $4.9M
Rachael Ray’s 3-bedroom house in Southampton just came on the market asking $4.9M. The television host and cookbook author bought the home in 2008 for $2.6M and intended to use it as a weekend getaway from her full-time home in New York City, but she and her husband instead spend time at their house in the Adirondacks.
Besides a Food Network-approved kitchen outfitted with a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and dual beverage-cooling drawers, the 3,650-square-foot house features a full suite of furniture from the Rachael Ray Home collection. The furniture isn’t included in the asking price, but Mansion Global reports that Ray would be willing to sell it. The home is situated on a 6+-acre property that features a swimming pool, pool house and a single-room studio structure.
Brown Harris Stevens’ Martha P. Gundersen has the listing, which Mansion Global reported.
