Rapper Wiz Khalifa is searching for a big hit, a hit sale that is. The ‘See You Again’ artist purchased this Encino new build in January 2019 for $3.4 million and just three years later is aiming to make a sweet profit on it. As summer heats up, the 5,875-square-foot modern is looking for $4.495 million.

From the start, its stucco exterior with narrow wood slats and large windows introduces a sleek vibe, but inside is where everything starts to flow. The open concept main floor allows one to look directly through to the back of the house from the doorway. Pass by a floating staircase, ultra-sleek kitchen with Miele appliances, and a spacious family room—complete with a 100-bottle wine bar and fireplace—on the way to the beautiful outdoor space.

Decked out for casual lounging or glitzy entertaining, the backyard has a pool and spa, covered dining area, bar, and firepit. The pool cabana offers a peaceful place away from the main house for work or relaxation.

However, Khalifa’s primary suite is the real retreat, acting almost as its own individual unit with a fridge and bar, huge walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom. Its private balcony, capturing views of mountain ranges in the distance, is just the place to end the day after an award show or concert.
