Ressource Dazzles with Vibrant Colors at the Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse

It is always remarkable to see how an already stunning home transforms into a sort of work of art for a showhouse. Recently, 15 design firms did just that when they transformed a 1820s wood-frame residence in the historic Brooklyn neighborhood. Every room features elements of the designers' personality and style as they incorporated pieces from sponsors, personal affects and brands they love, creating rooms that were dynamic, fresh, and creative.
As we see throughout the house, the talented designers each created unique stylish spaces, using Ressource’s inspiring products, traditional expertise, and a vast set of color schemes and pigments from the South of France. As the official paint sponsor of the Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse 2019, designers beautifully combined Ressource's heritage and innovation in this lovely historic home.

Lime coatings are also present in this fascinating project, providing a unique laid-back elegance that invites you to escape and relax, like the exquisite boudoir by Mahwish Syed Designs & Ascher Davis Architects.

The pre-tinted lime plaster that is inspired by the splendid and prestigious Marmorino, also makes an appearance in the beautiful master bedroom by Barsanti Desmone, with a soft, earthy look, in a rich Caviar color, creating the perfect sanctuary.
Additionally, different surfaces of this charming home, Ressource’s paints stand out for their durability and high-quality properties.
Floor paint, for example, is one of Ressource's strongest finishes available. For the house, the kitchen floors were fully painted and accentuated by a colorful gingham pattern.
Ressource counts as well with a wide range of finishes for kitchen cabinets, like the soft creamy color OROC 1 “Athos,” perfect in this delightful kitchen space designed by Jesse Parris-Lamb.
Fall in love with color all over again, and experience “La Vie en Colour,” at the Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse from until November 3, 2019.
