Chow and his wife, Eva Chun, paid just shy of $5.8M for the 2,567-square-foot pad. Karen Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the listing.

The penthouse occupies the 11th and 12th floors of the newly constructed One John St condominium complex in Brooklyn Bridge Park and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. An open living room, dining area and fancy kitchen—which features a stone-topped island, full-height Italian cabinetry and Bosch and Gaggenau appliances—are located on the upper floor along with an indoor courtyard that connects to the rooftop terrace.
