‘RHONY’ Star Luann de Lesseps Just Listed Her Waterfront Hudson Valley Home

Two years after putting her Hamptons home on the market, Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps is preparing to part ways with yet another vacation home. The cabaret songstress just listed her waterfront upstate New York escape for $1.15 million, a slightly higher price tag than the $950,000 she scooped it up for two years ago. Glamorously styled and uniquely circular, the midcentury modern sits in bucolic Port Ewen and is available fully-furnished.

According to Variety, the former countess (long-divorced from French aristocrat Alexandre de Lesseps) has reportedly only visited the Hudson Valley home approximately ten times since 2018. Despite her lack of appearances, the spread is worthy of a lowkey royal retreat should it be so-called upon. Built in 1966, the home counts three bedrooms and four bathrooms within 2,400 square feet. The sleek and airy property makes the most of its river views, with a wide-open floor plan and an abundance of windows allowing maximum enjoyment of the surreal surroundings.

The seasoned RHONY star’s abode has seen some classic Bravo drama-filled getaways, but its setting is as tranquil as can be. An entrancing living room opens directly out on the deck, with the 200 feet of river frontage and private dock not far beyond.

Eric Amaral and Cecily Sachi of Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty have the listing and shared, “This is truly an extraordinary property, breathtaking views of the expansive Hudson River all right from the house and decks–jump off the dock for a swim or grab your boat or go kayaking.”

Forget the lake or the ocean, maybe it’s time for a river home.
