Richard Serra Buys a $7M Tribeca Loft With Artist’s Studio

The dining room of Richard Serra's new Tribeca loft.Sculptor Richard Serra, who already owns a unit on Duane Street in Tribeca, has just bought a second space in the same building. His new digs span the entire 2nd floor of the classic 20th century manufacturing building and feature artful touches such as exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings. A unique touch: the unit comes complete with an artist’s studio.

Good Property’s Joshua Gurwitz had the listing, which asked $7.95M. Mansion Global reported the sale.
