The singer and Fenty Beauty founder rented this sophisticated white manor for 2.5 years and paid £18,000/week to call it home, according to Mansion Global. Now ready for a new owner or tenant, the exceptional property in St. John’s Wood is listed for a whopping £32 million, or approximately $41 million. Someone can also still take the Rihanna route and pay £18,000 to rent it each week.

Listing agent Michael Sulkin of Aston Chase shares, “It’s a very unique property because it’s so discreet, which is probably why it appealed to be Rihanna because you can’t be seen. It is set back behind a very high wall with an electric drive in and out.” Indeed, two gated entrances create a sublime sense of security.

Besides being the recent past home of a one-of-a-kind artist, this home stands out in the area because it is the only house designed by royal architect John Shaw that made it into the 21st century. Standing with 6,332-square-feet, eight bedrooms, a lift that goes to all floors, and a beautiful garden terrace ready for chic entertaining, it is certainly a place one would be honored to spend tea time.

Though it is unclear exactly when Rihanna moved out, it is no question that this private residence was a refreshing London base for the Grammy Award-winner. When speaking to British Vogue, the global superstar characterized London as a place she loves to create, which one could imagine could mean for her cool Fenty fashion line or potentially some new music. With Abbey Road Crossing just moments away, there may not be a more inspiring place in the entire city to put pen to paper or hum a new melody.
