After purchasing 3.4 acres of land in the celebrity-clad area back in 2005, the couple built the estate from the ground up, taking inspiration from the traditional architectural style that flourishes in the Virginia countryside, where the actor grew up.Architect Don Nulty, landscape architect Mark Rios, and “feng shui master” David Cho were all crucial members of the design team. They worked in harmony to create the 10,000-square-foot main house, two-bedroom guesthouse, and 800-square-foot pool cabana, all exuding East Coast style. In total, the property offers six bedrooms, eight full baths, and three half baths, plus sweet amenities like a full-sized tennis court and swimming pool.In the main house, the couple’s two twenty-something sons are always comfortable when they come home. Each has a full luxury suite, complete with a living room and bathroom. Elsewhere in the house, sumptuous perks include a screening room, a 1,800-bottle wine cellar, and spacious terraces with mountain and ocean views.The Parks and Recreation actor has listed his idyllic home not with his TV character wife, Ann Perkins, but with Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby’s International Realty.
