Rockstar Gene Simmons Kisses His Modern Vegas Mansion Goodbye

It looks like rock legend Gene Simmons is finally kissing his Las Vegas modern goodbye. The famous KISS vocalist sold the property for $11 million last week, according to Mansion Global.

In May 2021, Simmons nabbed the Sin City home and a neighboring half-acre lot for $8.2 million and $2.6 million, respectively. The musician shared that his family was not made for loving the city’s intense heat. And so, Simmons listed the property for $14.95 million in October 2021, mere months after purchasing it.

The 10,871-square-foot home is wrapped in glass and offers sweeping views of the famous Las Vegas strip. For the new owner, who got a deal on the pad from its first ask, the home will be ideal for entertaining. After all, it’s decked out with a pool and spa, a recreation room with a wet bar, a home theater, and plenty of outdoor living areas. Just the right amount of Las Vegas flashy, the residence’s 11-car garage, six bedrooms, and eight bathrooms add to the wow factor.

However, when the Vegas scene becomes overwhelming, the home offers equal opportunity for relaxation. The interiors blend natural stone, wood accents, and unfinished concrete. Outside, a garden of 133 trees and walking paths offer an unexpected atmosphere for unwinding in nature.

It is unknown who purchased the 2016-built home. Evangelina Duke-Petroni, broker-salesperson, and Ivan Sher, principal at The Ivan Sher Group, co-listed the property and represented the seller in the sale.
