Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Fun-Filled Lakefront Estate Near Seattle Seeks $36M

Just last month, Seattle and Denver NFL fans were rocked when longtime Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was traded to the Broncos. And, what follows a team move for most players? A real estate move. Wilson, who is married to popstar Ciara, played for the Seahawks from 2012 to 2021, so it’s only natural the football pro had a swanky Seattle-area estate to relax, recharge, or celebrate upon. Now leaving the area, the pair’s fun and luxurious home on Lake Washington just listed for $36 million.

That’s the price to buy the entire property, which promises 270-feet of water frontage and almost two acres of land. The main parcel, holding the 11,104-square-foot mansion and two-story treehouse, can be purchased separately for $28 million while a piece of land is available for $8 million. Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate are handling each listing.

However a deal works out, the person who scoops up the blufftop mansion will have tons to look forward to—starting with features that reflect the sellers’ careers. After all, would it be a Grammy Award-winner’s home without a recording studio and glam room or an NFL quarterback’s home without a professional gym?

And, that’s just scratching the surface when it comes to the amenities. Some people may love the property’s spacious dock, double jet ski lift, two beaches, sport/pickleball court, hot tub, or home theater most. Of course, the breezy outdoor spaces with fire pits overlooking the lake don’t hurt either.

Wilson, who tied the knot with Ciara in 2016, purchased the Bellevue mansion for $6.7 million in 2015, according to Mansion Global. The next-door lot was reportedly acquired later in 2019 for the same amount. Planting new roots, The Denver Post claims they have now dropped $25 million on a Denver home.
