Sandra Bullock’s Sierra Towers Spread Is Available to Rent for $22K/Month

Seeking to live like an A-lister? Look no further than Sandra Bullock’s fully furnished Sierra Towers pad, which is now available to rent for a steep $22,000/month. The 1,672-square-foot condo, boasting two bedrooms and three bathrooms, is one of two units the Oscar-winning actress owns in the West Hollywood building.

Although there are no interior photos available, Variety reports that a combined dining/living is flooded with natural light thanks to two walls of glass windows and sliding doors. The open kitchen is on the small side, but beautifully outfitted with walnut and white lacquer cabinets.

Bullock purchased the luxe unit in 2014 for $3.35 million, but she’s not the only celeb who has called it home. Friends star Matthew Perry owned this exact apartment not long before and as a renter in the building, there’s no telling who you could run into. Sierra Towers is known for being a celebrity magnet and boasts high-profile current and past residents like Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, Cher, Courtney Cox, and more.
