Scott Disick Flips Hidden Hills Modern Farmhouse and Makes a Sale

Hidden Hills has long been a playground for the Kardashians, and one member of the extended family has unloaded a property after quite a short stay. Scott Disick, whose forays into the world of house flipping have been featured in the reality series Flip it Like Disick, just successfully sold a remodeled farmhouse within the guard-gated community. The TV personality landed $5.6 million for the spread— $2.7 million more than he paid for it, and $1.29 million less than the original asking price. It first listed over a year ago, but slow and steady seems to have won the race as it appears the flip was a profit-turner.

Disick, who purchased a British lordship and even gave himself the nickname of “The Lord,” knighted the home with his design sensibilities. The reality TV star was born and raised around the Hamptons and a subtle East Coast quality appears in this Los Angeles abode thanks to the airiness and natural color palette. The exteriors consist of white panels and rough wood, with a 10-foot glass door as the entry point. Spanning 5,663 square feet, the modern farmhouse embraces an open floor plan that joins a spacious kitchen and fireplace-warmed living room with a serene indoor-outdoor dining area. Classic California living. Bridging the interiors and the backyard together is a pavilion of reclaimed wood.

As for the private spaces, 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms sit within the bright white walls. Potential master suites lie on both levels for double the luxury.

Kozet Luciano and Andre Manoukian of the Agency had the listing, while Steve Moritz of Sotheby’s International Realty and Margie Markus of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer. The LA Times first reported on the sale.
