A little over a month after listing his two-bedroom West Village condo, Seth Meyers’ cozy crib has found a buyer. According to Curbed, the apartment recently went into contract for it’s full asking price of $4.5 million, but that of course doesn’t mean it will be the final selling amount.

Either way, the Late Night host and his wife, Alexi, are coming away with a big win. They had no trouble unloading the luxe condo located at 302 West 12th Street and also stand to make a splendid profit from the transaction having purchased the unit back in 2013 for $3.525 million.

While the 994-square-foot apartment may be modest in size, it offers ample pre-war charm and modern luxury. Thanks to the pair’s keen renovation skills, the master suite now has a huge steam shower and two walk-in closets. Other parts of the condo also got a facelift, including the kitchen and the living room fireplace.

Seth and Alexi, who welcomed a son in early 2016, may be leaving the West Village, but they are definitely not leaving New York. Shortly after the birth of their child, the couple purchased a Washington Square Park duplex for $7.519 million, which may be where the young family is making home.

Agents Max J. Kozower and Melanie Gallucci of Maxwell Jacobs have the West Village listing.
