SFMOMA Reopens and Unveils its New Addition May 14

After nearly two years, the SFMOMA will reopen May 14 and unveil its new addition.After more than two years, SFMOMA reopens and unveils its Snøhetta-designed addition on May 14. Boasting nearly triple its previous gallery space, the museum will feature 19 inaugural exhibitions including “Approaching American Abstraction: The Fisher Collection;” “About Time: Photography in a Moment of Change;” and “Model Behavior,” which will feature Snøhetta’s models and sketchbooks for the extraordinary building in which visitors can now stand.
