Singer Elle King Lists Mediterranean-Style Hollywood Hills Pad

Elle King may be leaving LA behind. The singer-songwriter, who is currently on a farm in New Mexico, listed her home in the Hollywood Hills this week mere days after declaring, “the Hell with Hollywood” in an Instagram caption beneath a picture of her cradling a goat. King’s love affair with rural life has been well-documented on the social media platform lately, where she regularly introduces fans to adorable animals such as this. Free from farm animals. but filled with sunlight, the artist’s Los Angeles abode is priced at $1.665 million.

The “Ex’s & Oh’s” singer clearly intends to make this Mediterranean-style home an ex, but it is no doubt a perfect spot for another trendy and young creative. Stylish and spacious, it spans 3,494 square feet and counts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms within its layout.

Built in 1988, the spread retains many of its original, authentic details: Hardwood floors stained dark, crown moldings, and clean archways. The living room sits beneath soaring vaulted ceilings, warmed by a stone fireplace and lit by a custom chandelier. Light flows into the windowed dining room with its built-in china cabinets, while the gourmet kitchen is effortlessly chic with Rainforest marble.

King, the daughter of comedian Rob Schneider, scooped up the property in 2018 for $1.72 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The property, which will therefore be sold at a loss, is listed with Denise Rosner of Compass.
