Sneak Peek: 100 Franklin Street

We are excited to share the latest real estate news with the newly built luxury listing on 100 Franklin Street! Designed and developed by DDG in Tribeca, 100 Franklin features two newly-constructed triangular buildings uniquely joined together to create 10 expansive homes with open and airy floor-through layouts.

A marriage of old and new New York, the buildings feature a striking hand-laid brick facade comprised of handmade bricks by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl, direct elevator entry, and two duplex penthouses with expansive rooftop terraces. DDG has also commissioned Paris-based artist and designer Charlotte Taylor to create new pieces that will be permanently installed within 100 Franklin Street, as well as new artworks that will be prominently featured on the website and in marketing materials. 

Quiet yet trendy Tribeca is becoming a haven for many, including Taylor Swift and Aziz Ansari who live further down Franklin Street. 

Residences at 100 Franklin will start at approximately $3.3 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent, and sales are being led by Michael Lorber, along with Alexander Boriskin and Eleonora Srugo.
