Almost a year after it first listed for $19.6 million, a 90210 home owned by Modern Family star Sofía Vergara has come back onto the market with a new price. Those shopping for mansions in coveted Beverly Hills can nab the expansive property for $17.995 million.

At the gated Italian-style villa, more is more when it comes to square footage and amenities. Within 11,369 square feet, you’ll find a 3,000-bottle wine cellar with a tasting room, a 10-seat home theater, a gym with a sauna, seven bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms. Though it is sizable, Vergara and her husband, actor Joe Manganiello, left with their sights set on having more room. When the property first came to market in 2022, listing agent Barry Peele of Sotheby’s International Realty shared, “They lived there for 8 years and decided they wanted a bigger house in the same neighborhood, so they up-sized.”

What they’re leaving behind is certainly a treat for design lovers. In their years here, the couple tapped interior designer Jennifer Bevan to reimagine the 2006-built mansion. Today, the rooms feel glamorous yet refined and undoubtedly romantic. Vaulted ceilings, a swirling spiral staircase, carved stone fireplaces, and stylish chandeliers are just a few standout features. Neutrals keep the mood warm and inviting throughout, though there are bolder moments such as the study popping with black and white.

Outside, manicured landscaping surrounds the pool and spa, mirroring the elegance of the interiors. Since it’s L.A., the backyard isn’t just a summer perk but something to be enjoyed all year.

With all the bells and whistles in place, the only question is if the price is right now for a satisfying sale. Perhaps soon a “modern family” will move right in.
