Southampton's Normandy House Hits the Market Again for Nearly Double

Southampton's Normandy House was recently relisted for $48 million.Seems like just yesterday that we saw some familiar-looking houses on the market—and that’s because they were! Now they’re brandishing for sale signs again. Normandy House, a 5.5-acre estate on Lake Agawam in Southampton, sold just three years ago for $28 million and was listed with Corcoran this spring for $48 million, nearly double the 2013 sale price, after a “rejuvenation and renovation.” It must have been one hell of a refresh.
