The house was among 8 parcels offered on the luxury compound in 2015. It was most recently listed for $29.9M with Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler and Erica Grossman, Corcoran’s Tim Davis and Gary DePersia and Harald Grant of Sotheby’s. When the development was first completed in 2015, John Kean—whose firm, Kean Development, was behind Olde Towne—told HC&G, “When we took on Olde Towne, we sought to build substantial homes and hire top designers to decorate them.” Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper of Ingrao, Inc. were the top designers behind Tower House and they put a modern twist on the décor of its 10 en-suite bedrooms, breezy great room, billiards room, professionally appointed kitchen, breakfast room and home theater.
