Sports Illustrated Model Kate Bock Just Bought a $1.35M Penthouse
Sports Illustrated model Kate Bock will soon be settling into a sleek Greenwich Village penthouse, reports the New York Post. She picked up a one-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex in the landmarked Cast Iron Building at 67 E. 11th Street, last listed for $1.35M with Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.
The unit is 750 square feet with an additional 330 square feet of private terrace space. Walls of windows plus a skylight make the entire space bright and sunny and the bathroom and kitchen have both been recently updated, the former featuring a herringbone marble floor and marble walls and the latter with SubZero and Viking appliances and Italian marble countertops. A unique floating staircase goes directly over the kitchen counters and leads to the upstairs living space, where the bedroom suite is located.
