The home sold for $4.85M, just a shade under the $5M Soderbergh listed it for with Compass’s Aimee Scher back in 2014. The 3-bedroom loft spans 4,000 square feet and the listing touts its entertaining potential, particularly the open living and dining space and the unique anodized aluminum garage door that opens to the second bedroom. A “pin-drop quiet media room” is situated next to the master suite, which features a spa-like master bathroom with a Zuma soaking tub and steam shower.
