Isn’t this Beverly Hills home lovely? Legendary singer-songwriter Stevie Wonder seems to think so, as he leased the property from the owner from 2011 to 2015. Now, quite some time after he moved on, the L.A. spread has popped up for sale asking $10,999,999.

With the neighborhood’s history of celebrity residents, from comedian David Spade to actress Jane Fonda, a block party here would likely be star-studded.
