Supermodel Karlie Kloss’ Airy West Village Townhouse Finds a Buyer

Karlie Kloss picked up this fashion-forward West Village townhouse in 2012 and held onto it for quite a few years before listing it last September. Now, just a month into the new year, her airy home with a rare front garden has found a buyer. Though the contract has been signed and the ink is drying, the final selling price has not yet been disclosed. It was last listed at $2.75 million.

As a supermodel and the new host of Project Runway, Kloss is constantly surrounded by fashion and design. It only made sense that she fell in love with this townhouse’s unique set-up and great location. The bright and breezy floorplan must have been a nice retreat for the celebrity to come home to, emanating Cali-vibes through white interiors, plush textures, and eclectic décor. The abode even has a private outdoor terrace off of the master bedroom, perfect for enjoying sunshine and city living. In total, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and numerous luscious living spacious rooms across three levels.

Kloss and her husband parted ways with a sleek Nolita apartment last summer, so it seems they are steadily trimming their NYC real estate portfolio. The model’s West Village townhouse, which will soon be off her hands, is being represented by Nick Gavin of Compass.
