Fellow Swede Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman Real Estate handled the sale of the apartment, which was asking $1.99M. The princess bought the place in 2013, the same year she was married to financier Christopher O'Neil. The couple now lives in London with their two children, Princess Leonore and Prince Nicolas.

The apartment is located in The Touraine, an ultra-luxurious condominium building on the Upper East Side that offers its residents a library, wine cellar, fitness center and rooftop deck among other amenities. This royal residence has one bedroom and one bathroom, both outfitted with high-end finishes.
