The Beckhams Eye a $16.5M Star Island Estate

The Beckhams sent property reps to check out this estate on Florida's posh Star Island.David Beckham and his wife Victoria may be moving into an estate on appropriately posh Star Island, listed with Douglas Elliman’s Oren Alexander and One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Lourdes Alatriste for $16.5M. The NY Post reports that the couple sent their property representatives to tour 45 Star Island Drive, currently owned by former Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black and her husband Roy. The Blacks bought the home in 2007 for $7.1M and originally listed it at $16.99M before lowering the price to the current ask of $16.5M. According to listing details, the 10,500-square-foot home sits on about an acre of land and has 190 ft. of water frontage. There are 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms in the main house and an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the guest house, but the home is considered a possible tear down.
