C&G Media Group is saddened by the loss of Ben Krupinski who tragically died in a plane crash on June 2nd off of Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett along with his wife Bonnie Krupinski, their grandson Will Maerov, and pilot Jon Dollard.

Ben has been a pillar of the building community since 1981, renowned for his craftsmanship and ability to expertly construct architect-designed homes, execute sensitive historic renovations, and remodeling projects for clients including Martha Stewart and Billy Joel.

The couple was also very involved in the East Hamptons community as the owners of the restaurants The 1770 House, East Hampton Point, Citta Nuova, and donors to many local organizations, including Guild Hall and the East Hampton Library.

We are grateful to Ben and Bonnie for their philanthropic contributions and their work will continue to shine in the Hamptons and beyond. Our deepest sympathies go to the Krupinski, Maerov, and Dollard families during this very difficult time.

Both HC&G and CTC&G were honored to showcase Ben’s work in the following editorial features:
