The main house was built in the Beaux Arts style.Legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille’s 2.1-acre estate in the gated Los Feliz enclave of Laughlin Park recently hit the market asking $24.95M. It was last listed in 2009 for $18.95M.

The multi-structure compound is comprised of the main house—a Beaux Arts-style mansion built in 1913—as well as newer outbuildings including a pool house and studio. The current owners took care to restore original details during a 6-year renovation; however, the home now includes plenty of modern amenities. A notable new addition: the old Hollywood-inspired pool, which features arched fountains. Hilton & Hyland’s Brett Lawyer, Branden Williams and Rayni Williams represent the listing, which was reported by Variety.
