Late venture capitalist Jerome Stern, who was a dedicated collector and longtime supporter of several art museums, commissioned a 7,500-square-foot “art barn” to be built on his property. Stern displayed the larger pieces from his private collection there and opened the space for tours and benefits.

In addition to the art barn, the property includes a 17-room Arts & Crafts-style residence, 2 guesthouses and a horse barn. The entire 3-property parcel comprises 16 acres and features 500 feet of bulkheaded waterfront.
