Stern-designed 70 Vestry, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are apparently feeling sentimental about the number 12. After the recent recovery of Brady’s two stolen #12 jerseys from the Super Bowl, the couple has decided they’d rather live on the 12th floor of the building and have reportedly shelled out nearly $10M more than their original $20M buy for the upgrade. The Observer speculates that they’ve chosen a 5-bedroom, 4,657-square-foot unit that last listed for $29.5M. The apartment in question boasts nearly 2,000 square feet of sprawling private terraces as well as a corner living room, custom kitchen and master bedroom suite with two walk-in closets.
