Miami mansion and
Plaza penthouse for exorbitant prices over the past two years. Now, a home from Hilfiger’s past has hit the market, according to
6sqft. His former 9,733-square-foot Greenwich estate is for sale asking $6.75 million. As has come to be expected from Hilfiger’s properties, the house, known as “Appleyard,” is anything but subtle in its display of its previous owner’s prolific style. Situated on 4.66 acres of perfectly manicured land, Appleyard boasts seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and luxurious outdoor entertaining spaces.Of the home, listing agent
Brian Milton of Compass says, “Seamlessly connected to the outdoors, Appleyard is methodically crafted to exude today’s modern style of living.” Warm gathering spaces, including a “vibrant” family room, solarium, and terrace, sandwich an extensive gourmet kitchen on the first floor, which also features a three-bedroom suite. Upstairs, the second floor holds the master suite and two additional ensuite bedrooms, while another suite occupies the third floor. While no design studio is listed as part of the property, Appleyard is home to several creative spaces; namely, a sleek theater and funky, 70’s-style recording studio. There is also space aplenty for physical exercise, with a pool and tennis court sitting just outside the palace doors. Be sure to follow
