Tour a Bold $17.5M Model Residence in the World’s Tallest Residential Tower

At the end of this year, the tallest residential building in the world will open its doors to residents. Soaring over 100 stories into the New York skyline, Central Park Tower looms large over Columbus Circle. After topping out at 1,550-feet last fall, the epic edifice has now unveiled a model residence situated comfortably on the 43rd floor. Asking $17.5 million, unit 43C offers a first taste of the luxury soon to be move-in ready high up in the air.

A 3,401-square-foot spread boasting 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, 43C was designed by the interior visionaries at Pembrooke & Ives in collaboration with the building’s developers, Extell Development Company. Artful and sleek, the interiors are at once unfussy and bold—an avant-garde, metallic light fixture swirls over the dining area, while the kitchen features custom cabinets of dark-stained wood. A breakfast nook nestled against the kitchen windows seats 10, a glamorous place to enjoy morning coffee atop of Manhattan.

Taking center stage, however, are the views. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the apartment, an easy entry for natural light. The master suite is no exception, as even the soaking tub enjoys dramatic vistas through walls of glass.

With Central Park and the city’s skyscrapers always in view, it wouldn’t take much to make the building’s units shine, but this model residence shows just how spectacular a home here can be.
