Tour Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's $17.25M Flatiron Apartment
After shelling out more than $20 million for a condo in the forthcoming Robert A.M. Stern-designed 70 Vestry in Tribeca, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are looking to unload their current residence in Flatiron’s One Madison. They bought the apartment for $11.7 million, reports StreetEasy, but after a luxury makeover by architect Peter Marino, they are listing it for $17.25 million with CORE’s Jim St. André and Stephanie McDonough.
The 3,300-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for iconic New York City views of the Empire State Building, One World Trade and the Statue of Liberty. The décor is stylishly restrained and the listing touts the “vastly superior floor plan,” which Peter Marino designed to allow for a media room/den that can also be easily converted to a fourth bedroom.
