Steven Kantor, CEO of finance company Colony S2K, just listed his impressive 7,500-square-foot Trump World Tower apartment for $39 million. Throughout 2010 and 2011, the finance executive collected three adjacent units on the 82nd floor of the building to create this mega-mansion in the sky that boasts four exposures and 360 degree views of the city. According to Mansion Global, he purchased the apartments for  $14.65 million total, but there’s no telling how much he shelled out to make it the six-bedroom, smart home it is today.
