Tyra Banks Sells Her Fashionable Contemporary L.A. Home for $4M

Sell all of your real estate, but make it fashion—that seems to be Tyra Banks’s plan, at least. After letting go of her Pacific Palisades property in July for just under $9 million, the model and host of America’s Next Top Model has just unloaded another home in the star-studded Los Angeles neighborhood for $4 million. The mansion, a 3,700-square-foot contemporary flooded with natural light, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Though the mansion lacks a practice catwalk, it does boast an abundance of stylish details well-suited to its former owner. Immediately upon entry, a floating glass-and-wood staircase greets guests, while a two-way fireplace services both the living and dining room. Pocketing walls of glass across the lower level allow sunshine to spill in, beyond which a turf lawn, bamboo hedges, and a detached home gym lie.

Upstairs, a second fireplace stands in the multi-room master suite, equipped with a model-worthy boutique-style walk-in closet and dressing room, as well a soaking tub.
