Eight time Grammy award-winning artist, Usher, found himself ‘Caught Up' in the real estate world once again. The R&B and pop sensation relisted his gorgeous 1926-built, Spanish-style villa in August and has finally found a buyer for it, though not for the price he had in mind. Originally listed for $4.2 million and last on the market for $3.5 million, the residence is currently in escrow for $3.3 million, according to Variety.
