Warren Buffett Asks $11M for His Laguna Beach House

The multi-level home was renovated under Buffett's ownership and features a large ocean viewing deck.If Warren Buffett gets his asking price or even close, he will see major return on an investment he made nearly 50 years ago. The LA Times reports that Buffett paid $150,000 for the contemporary home at 27 Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach back in 1971 and he is now offering it for $11M after a major renovation under his ownership. The 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom home spans 3,588 square feet and features open living spaces and an oversized ocean viewing deck. 5 of the bedrooms are en-suite and 2 have their own entrances, making them ideal for guests.
