Will Arnett Lists His Swanky Custom-Built Beverly Hills Modern for $11M

Leave it to comedic actor Will Arnett to jazz up a scene and jazz up a home. The Arrested Development star picked up a modest abode in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood back in 2013, according to Variety, but he clearly had a vision. Knocking it down, the A-lister brought on architect Suchi Reddy and renowned prefab firm LivingHomes to create what stands there today. Built on-site and at a factory, this meticulous modern is one-of-a-kind and now listed for $10.995 million.

While Arnett is famous for voice acting in light-hearted movies like Horton Hears a Who! and starring in comedies like Blades of Glory, this masterful home is definitely no laughing matter. Inspired by a model designed by famous architect Ray Kappe, the 4,000-square-foot home has glass walls galore and endless open spaces. Peeking through at the sweeping canyon vistas, it must be impossible to stay inside. Luckily, outdoor living is not an issue. The patio is sleek and tranquil with a full living area, outdoor kitchen, shower and sauna, and of course, a huge sparkling pool.

Up above, the master suite is in a world of its own on the second floor with access to an expansive balcony. It seems Arnett constructed the home so he never had to go far to find sunshine. In general, nature is a huge part of this secluded five-bedroom home’s allure. It’s tucked behind gates, surrounded by lush trees, and set on almost an acre of land.

Arnett’s custom-built stunner is listed with Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency.
