Willem Dafoe's East Village Co-Op Sells For $860K

The living room is bright and spacious.“Spider-Man” villain Willem Dafoe has sold the East Village co-op he owned with his son, Jack, for over the asking price, reports the NY Post. Father and son bought the 2-bedroom apartment in 2005 for $606,000 and listed it over the summer for $850,000. Listing agent Yesim Ak of Misrahi Realty told the Post that the residence was only on the market for one day before selling for $860,000, $10,000 over the asking price. According to the listing, the apartment features a windowed eat-in kitchen, a subway-tiled bathroom, high ceilings and hardwood floors.
